Sakuya Shiiina from Hoshi Wa Utau, manga by the same manga-ka as Fruits Basket. It's really good ^^ Vectored on photoshop, found the background on some random person's profile. I vectored her, too lazy to add shading and stuff, so I just made her dress one solid color. Saku-chan is so cute though, I want her outfit. ^^
