EDIT: VOTE HERE: lol for those of you who don't read my journals
I actually finished this a while back but didn't post it yet since I didn't make the vid. that I was talking about in the tutorial to go along with it. And now I have (though I didn't go in the exact same order in the vid. as the tutorial...).

You can't see the eyes that well, but most of you can draw different eyes anyways. And sorry it's so quick, but I was running out of space on my memory card.
Hope y'all can read my handwriting. But if not, here:
Step 1: Draw circle.
Step 2: Draw buns. Ignore the

Step 3: Draw bangs.
Step 4: Draw body/clothing.
Step 5: Draw hair.
Step 6: Draw eyes.
Step 7: Color.

Contest Info!
Ok, now it's your turn to draw Uke-chan. You can imitate my style or use your own (which will probably look better). You can draw whatever outfit you want, and add features like a nose and ears (I don't really draw them much 'cause it looks weird on my chibis) and change her hairstyle up a little too. The only thing I'm gonna be picky about is, you need to keep her hair red.
1st place: One colored drawing of your OC's in my style. (Not a very good prize, but better than nothing)
2nd place: One uncolored drawing of your OC. (If there are only two contestants......than you'd both get something anyways XD)
You may submit more than one drawing, maximum is 3 ('cause it'd be too hard to keep track if you send me 20 to look at XD)
Winner will be decided by a vote. (voting will be in my journal once the deadline's here)
Everyone with a DA account can vote (it'd be kinda hard to tell me who you pick if you weren't logged in XD), whether you entered or not. So, anyone who sees my journal entry when the time comes can vote. [I'm not going to, to keep it fair but I'm sure I'll like every drawing that's made]
